Meteors are bad

Evade meteors by braking and steering on your way down towards the surface. Refill your GAS by grabbing empty bubbles and repair damage using wrenches in bubbles. Rocket Descent will take time & patience to master!

How to hold and where to press?

• Hold the phone in both hands, with only your thumbs on the sides of the screen.
• To brake, HOLD your thumb in the area marked red in the image.
• To steer, TAP your thumb in one of the areas on either side of the red pyramid shape (see image).
• Some corners are too tight! Brake and steer at the same time. Use both your thumbs! (Check this in Rocket Descent's trailer!)

Where to look and what to see?

• At the upper-center of the screen ("595" in image) you see your "distance traveled". This is your score!
• In the upper-left corner ("1" in image) you see your GAS. When it is empty, you can no longer brake (but still steer). Grab bubbles to refill GAS!
• In the upper-right corner ("2" in image) you see your SHIELDS. When it is empty, your rocket will explode. Grab wrenches to repair SHIELDS!
• Between the "distance traveled" and the SHIELDS, you see the pause button (not shown in image).

Endless Shower Mode?

• You can unlock Endless Shower Mode (ESM) by reaching 500 units in normal "Obstacle Mode".
• In ESM you will only encounter random bubbles and flaming meteors.
• Yup, that means NO REPAIRS! This is as real as it gets ;-)
• Select this mode by tapping the "Endless Shower" button in the main menu as soon as the lock is gone.
